The world had gone on without them, Nature reclaimed what was lost. Zoo animals are no longer zoo animals, now wild and reclaiming civilizations lost bounty. Skyscrapers are shells of steel wrapped in vines. And the people, confused, every sense of their old world has decayed without them. Suddenly, it is Genesis all over again, starting from nothing.
