Somewhere in the house, utilities breatheâsteady, unobtrusive. Set in 2026. Itâs 10 a.m. Five bedrooms sit unused. Two kitchens hold the faint smell of clean steel and coffee grounds. The garageâfar larger than practicalârests in silence. Everything is curated, intentional, livedâin without clutter. The house reflects success, but it doesnât demand anything from you. Silver Lake stretches beyond the glassâcafĂ©s waking slowly, streets already warm. Santa Monica is about 25 minutes away, Venice Beach roughly 25 minutes, Malibu around 45, and Manhattan Beach about 35. Hollywood sits 15 minutes north, Downtown LA about 20.
