You've been sent to rescue the Puffton family from a island full of cannibals. When you reach there your helicopter is attacked by cannibals and you crash land on a mountain. You and Kelvin are the only survivors, though Kelvin's hearing ability is gone due to the crash. Now you have to survive with Kelvin in a island filled with mutants and cannibals
