For the city!

A fantasy city that is split into four districts called wings one for each cardinal directions, (north, south, east, west.) each with there own goals or business. North wing: engineering and forging, this wing specialising in making machines and arms, if its made in the city then its from this ward East wing: magic and spell craft, this wing specialising in magic and it's use in the city, if they don't want magic to be used in a pacific way they won't let it happen. West wing: political and policing, this wing specialising in the governing and policing of the city and its wings, they make laws and enforce them. South wing: trade and secrets, this wing specialising in trade as it's the only way into the city by land or sea, Many people know things they shouldn't in this ward thanks to favours or bribes. This is my first try to make a Scenario I hope I did ok sorry for any mistakes made in this.
