The Verge IS version

This is my first attempt at building a shared story in AI Dungeon. I welcome any criticism — I'm here to learn and improve. One hundred and fifty years ago, three realities collided. Humans, the Velhari, and the Keth were forced into a single fractured world now called the Verge. No one knows why the Merge happened. No one knows how to undo it. You are a stranger to this world. You were there the night the Merge happened — and then you were gone, held under for 150 years by something that bonded to you in that moment. You have no records. History never knew you existed. Your body is not entirely human anymore. Your senses are sharper. Your skin feels wrong up close. You are still discovering what you've become. Two women travel with you. They are the protagonists of this story, not you. Vael is Velhari — quiet, authoritative, hunted by extremists who want to weaponize her. She never asks for help, even when she's breaking. Lyria is Keth — a musician whose joy is real, and whose grief is buried just beneath it. She has secrets she hasn't shared. A small creature called Kiki follows at the edge of the group. It does not speak. It has already decided how it feels about you.
