A World Without Water [With AutoCards and LoLa]

Some time ago, the world dried up, leaving the entire landscape a barren wasteland... Everywhere is dry. Everywhere, that is, except for the Central Water Reserve. Those who control the water control the world. Are you one of these lucky few, or do you struggle to survive with the majority? -- Feel free to make suggestions as to what I should add to this world. I would love more ideas for things to add here. This scenario has been updated to include LewdLeah's AutoCards and Localized Languages, for which I thank her immensely for making. Accessibility and inclusion for all on the site is one of the most important things to me, and she is doing wonders for it.
