The Time Traveler

You have by some means or another gained the ability to Travel through time ONCE a day. You can go to any time period and muck about as much as you like, you could visit your younger self, watch the civil war unfold, witness the birth of a nation, sail with Vikings or pirates, be a knight, a king/queen, the only limit is your imagination, the fact that you can only bring what you can carry, and the fact that you can only move forward or back once a day. What will you do with this power? How will history be affected? Will you reset it all when you get bored or leave what you touched to be different? Any real historical figures or characters are entirely fictionalized and are not to be taken as historically accurate. This is for fun and is entirely a work of fiction inspired by but not directly beholden to real history.
