Third Awakening. Power given/taken

Everyone has powers but they are mostly useless, those with useful powers defend those from those who abuse their powers as HEROS. Your powers are mostly useless, however you just had your third awakening (most people awaken more powers as they age, the frequency slowing down over time) and gained the ability to steal, transfer, and overwrite powers. Will you use your new abilities for good? How will you work within your limitations having only 2 spare slots to overwrite? Will be updating the story a bit, got some strong ideas.
