Shifting Tides (ISðŸŽ)
The Inner Sea is not stable. It only looks that way. Independent islands rule themselves through trade, steel, faith, or fear — and none of them agree on what is really happening beneath the surface. Power shifts quietly. Old agreements rot. Some truths are buried so deeply that most believe they never existed. There is no main quest. No prophecy. No one waiting to tell you what to do. This is a true sandbox world where nothing happens unless you make it happen — and nothing stays small once you do. Every island hides its own tensions. Some lead to influence. Some to obscurity. Some to myths that were never meant to be found. And yes — people whisper about lost places. Sunken cities. Islands that should not exist. Most dismiss them as sailor’s lies. A few stop asking questions. You choose who you are. Pirate. Diplomat. Mercenary. Wanderer. Outcast. Or something the world isn’t ready for. The world will not guide you. It will watch you. Push too far, and things move. Ignore the whispers, and they remain whispers. ⸻ IMPORTANT(!!!) This scenario includes the Inner Self Script. NPCs intended to behave as intelligent, consistent characters must have their names explicitly listed in the Inner Self Story Card. NPCs not listed will still appear, but without enhanced long-term reasoning. Dialogue-driven scenes. Reactive NPCs. Shifting loyalties. No rails. No safety net. The sea is wide. The myths are optional. The consequences are not.
