Dual Frequencies (IS)

This is a superhero game. It's intended to be low powered - more like Watchmen and Batman than Superman. Decisions and actions have consequences and you can die if you mess things up. The game's designed to focus on interactions and the balance between public and private, Mythos and Logos. These are the dual frequencies, that combined make a person whole.
