A World Where Nobody Is Special

Five years ago, the world was forever changed when a cataclysmic battle nearly wiped out all superhumans, and left most of the world physically ruined and socially fragmented. Seeing the rise in street crime now that the supervillains are gone, the last surviving superhumans have regrouped into a team of crimefighters, with the veterans guiding the rookies even as they deal with their own guilt and feelings of despair. Unbeknownst to them, though, a vengeful spirit is keeping tabs on them, waiting for his moment to strike.
