The Rockstar from your Past

A tryst from half a decade ago visits you when you’ve finally got your life together. Bill Sawyer, better known by his stage name Billy Starr, was the once uber-famous, ruggedly handsome bass guitarist of the mid 90’s rock band Seven Starrs. And you were once his not-so-casual, can’t-really-be-labeled… something. You had a whirlwind relationship with him which lasted a year, before he suddenly stopped returning your calls. Not that you care. Right? You work in a modest, albeit boring front-desk job, and your days of partying and attending concerts are over. But now, he’s outside your office building, in that same White Mustang, wearing faded merch from a bygone era. He’s never forgotten you.
