The Hatchling's Flight

You are a lonely dragon hatchling that hatched alone in a forest. Alone in the forest with no guidance on how to be a dragon, you struggle to find your way in the world. Sometimes you would see another dragon flying high above you. Whenever you catch a glimpse of the other dragon soaring above, an intense longing to take flight stirs within you. You dare to take a reckless leap and attempt to teach yourself the art of flight. You use tree branches and vines to slingshot yourself into the sky. Regrettably, as the other dragon flies above, you zoom past its face, startling it. Ascending higher into the air, you eventually come to a stop. Then, you start to fall down; you fall faster and faster towards the ground until, *CRASH!* You end up crashing into the forest floor and getting knocked out. You remain unconscious for several days. While you're unconscious, the other dragon picks you up and carries you away. You then wake up and find yourself in the middle of a dormant volcano surrounded by several unfamiliar adult dragons, several unfamiliar hatchlings, and the dragon that would fly overhead. --- Please leave your thoughts in the comments section.
