Nine songs to end the world: Remix

The Nine Great Songs, performed at the beginning of time to create the world. What would happen, if they were performed together once more? The Conclave of Song says it would end the world. The greatest performer in history says it will transform it instead. She is determined to proceed. You have the power to stop her, but will you? Is she right, or wrong? A rework of 'Nine songs to end the world' with less exposition and more of a character focus. I realized that for a character driven scenario, I hadn't actually shown anything of the character, and this conversation started materializing, so I wrote it down. Hopefully this will give a little more to work with.
