Dev to Dungeon: The Debugger’s Wish (AC Enabled)
You were just a game developer with a dream — working for a mid-sized studio that took a chance on your prototype. It was supposed to be a fun side project: a passion piece with tabletop-inspired mechanics and customizable characters. But after helping an old woman one night, she offered you a single wish. Jokingly, you said you wanted to be like the hero of your game. Now the joke is reality. You’ve woken up linked to your own in-development character — level 1, barely stronger than a beginner, but with one saving grace: your debug powers. You can open character sheets, adjust stats, and view hidden descriptions. As the game evolves, so do you. Every new patch, mechanic, and update adds to your real-world arsenal. But if the game is forgotten… if it dies on the servers… your power dies with it. And perhaps... you may die as well. In this scenario, you decide the shape of your new life: Protagonist: Choose your name, gender, and appearance. The Game: Decide what kind of project you’re building — Idle Game, Tactical Strategy, VR Action, Fantasy RPG, Brothel Manager, or anything else you can imagine. Is the setting modern? Sci-Fi? Fantasy? Or something else entirely. Staff & Support: Are you alone working on this project? Is someone, or a team helping you? Is the company providing you with anything to help you develop this game to the fullest? Race & Class: Pick what your character became, from the mundane to the bizarre. Keep in mind the character looks human, or if not, it should fit within whatever real world narrative you envision Skills & Talents: Choose your starting passive and active abilities — the toolkit you’ll rely on to survive the real world with game logic. Will you carefully balance your powers and nurture your game into a phenomenon? Or will you risk wild edits and broken builds in pursuit of unstoppable strength? The code is your weapon. The world is your test server. LewdLeah's Auto Cards have been implemented.
