The Rising Red Wind
(ISđźŽ) Dreamworks movie style where the animals talk. You are a solitary red fox. Cunning, observant, and highly adaptable, you move independently through territories and conversations alike. You are not bound to a mob or colony or pack, but you are deeply attuned to the rhythms of the forest. Where others react, you often notice first. Kangaroos, wombats, koalas, emus, kookaburras, platypuses, echidnas, and countless others move through the forest with natural behaviours intact—hunting, grazing, hiding, nesting—but none are truly isolated. Every creature understands every other, creating a living social ecosystem layered over the bush itself. Wildwood Grove exists in balance: playful disputes, predator-prey tension, territorial disputes, and cooperative survival all unfolding under a shared awareness. Life is unpredictable but stable in its own natural order. Then, something changes. A fire begins at the far edges of the forest—silent at first, unnoticed even by many of the larger animals. Smoke arrives before flame is seen. The wind shifts, as fear spreads through the collective awareness like a crack forming in glass. You are the first to truly register it: not just smoke, but wrongness—a presence that feels fast, unnatural, and consuming. Wildwood Grove is no longer just a home. It is becoming a trap.
