This unfamiliar metropolis is recovering from its own reality-shattering battles against the Reverse-Flash, Zoom, and Savitar. Team Flash detects the massive surge of intradimensional energy and rushes to investigate. They discover a highly disciplined, mutated rat sensei. Mistaken identity quickly gives way to a mutual alliance. The Flash, Vibe, and Spartan must team up with Splinter to stop a rogue faction of Kraang. The alien invaders are harvesting Speed Force energy to conquer both universes.
