Everyone, even the poorest person on the street, has cybernetic implants that connect directly to their brain, allowing them access to the internet from their very own brain, and Optical Screens that allow them to see any digital information or notification like it was hovering right in front of them. Today, your Major asked you to follow him to the military lab, where they show you a contraption. They tell you that you plug your neural processor into it and you can digitally enter the Internet, and from there you can digitally enter peoples mind.
