Phobia Outbreak is a psychological survival horror scenario set in a world drowned in endless fog after a fear-based virus infected everyone. The virus does not kill but forces people to experience their deepest fears as vivid nightmares, warping reality and the environment itself. Most struggle to survive while managing panic, hallucinations, and shifting locations, but those who lose mental control go feral, becoming fast, violent threats. Exploration is tense and claustrophobic, combat is desperate and limited, and survival depends on staying calm in a world where fear decides who remains human and who becomes a monster.
