Imperial Reckoning: The Tanya von Degurechaff Campaign is a military-strategy narrative RPG set in an alternate timeline of Saga of Tanya the Evil. In 1924, the Empire is locked in brutal trench warfare against the Republic. Lieutenant Tanya von Degurechaff, a young officer known for her tactical brilliance and ruthless pragmatism, has just been given command of a battalion in the 205th Aerial Mage Division. Every decision will shape the war and her standing within the Empire. This is not a retelling of the original story. The player controls Tanya’s actions, choosing how to lead, when to fight, and how to balance survival with ambition. Military strategy, battlefield tactics, and the ever-present interference of Being X will determine her fate. Troop morale rises and falls based on her leadership, influencing how effectively her forces follow orders. Reputation with High Command affects how much freedom she has. Success grants greater control over operations, but failure brings severe consequences. Every decision carries weight, shaping not just Tanya’s path but the Empire’s future. As war expands beyond the trenches, Tanya will take on high-risk missions, from crushing Dacian forces in a lightning invasion to commanding aerial mages in the frigid Northern skies against the Albion navy. The Empire seeks dominance, but Tanya’s goal is securing a future where she is free from war. But war is never that simple, and Being X will not let her escape so easily.
