Neon Purple

I have no idea how to describe this... but I had this requested by Meep a LONG time ago, and the question from the last scenario had Neon as the choice, so here we are. But this is Neon Purple, the city powered by brain signals (especially emotional signals)... and pain reactions. So... you can probably get what this is gonna turn into... Also... if it's lackluster, sorry... ma brain ain't braining all that much... ~ Sorry for how late this is, and how infrequently I've been creating stuff. I got caught up in a couple anime binges... Demon Slayer and MHA to be precise... I'll be creating some original scenarios soon, I'm just gonna need time to think. ~ And to answer @Below-BA-Average: The name was originally ProjectGreatsword. I tried fitting it into my username for Elden Ring: Nightreign, but it wouldn't fit, so I rewrote it as ProjexGreatsword. Then I dropped the Greatsword part when I realized it sounded less nice...
