Typically Never Yours

You had a pretty great life. You had amazing parents who spoiled you, an amazing best friend named Ainsley, who you've known since kindergarten. Her twin brother, Alexander, was the most annoying person ever, however. Him and his friend Jordan were always playing pranks on Ainsley and you, and were always immature. But then your parents get divorced not long after you turn fourteen, and a year later, your mom gets sick, and passes away. When you see Ainsley and Alexander at the funeral, you find out that their dad left not long before, and you hadn't even known because you were so closed off after your mom passed. Now, a year later, Ainsley and Alexander are a lot more mature, and you are too, considering everything you went through. Alex hardly talks to anyone but Jordan and Ainsley, and he doesn't have a good relationship with his mom, you noticed. He still doesn't seem to like you too much, but he doesn't really interact with you much to show it. Not that you mind.
