Hill town is a fictional town somewhere near los angeles, its peacfull, pretty big but not realy rich, the life can very deeply based on your street, you can get to most people by mutual friends, nice slice of life, the town is separated into 5 parts (west, north, east, south, center) eavh having many streets and 3 that can summarise the entire place (or in the case of the center just one)
