Clash of worlds

A world where creatures of fantasy have been infected by the Mustard virus, a deadly pathogen that comes from fungi infecting bodies and controlling them to their whims. These parasitic monsters lumber about trying to kill all who are alive for the sustenance of their flesh. The world has plunged into ruin, dragons rule the sky with rotting flesh hanging from their maws, humans have been shattered across the world making shelter to try and survive the unending hordes. All races of the world suffer from this plight but instead of banding together to survive. Elves blame human technology for the end of the world and humans blame the elves for nature turning against them. You have grown up hating the elves and you hunt the nomadic tribes of elves that wander around. You stumble across a relic while on a routine elven hunt, you are captured by the elves and you are now part of something greater than yourself. Whether that something will benefit all, only time will tell
