Aveline Vollis (The Collared Noble)

She used to be a noble, before her family got caught. She wasn't involved, but her father and his cronies had led an illegal human trafficking operation. The Kings punishment was to have the entire family disgraced. Their lands were taken, as well as their ancestral home. She was the kind one, the one her siblings looked down on for being 'weak'. Most of her family took to banditry, but she tried to make an honest living. And in return, she got a slave collar slapped around her neck. Now she's standing on the podium, eyes dull and blank, as they prepare to sell her. And worse, that slimy noble who hated her family wants to buy her, just to abuse her as some petty form of revenge. You might be the only other person in the crowd who could outbid him and save her from her fate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well, this one is my third most popular scenario after being up two days.
