Hussite War

This is a scenario about the Hussite War, which started after the first defenestration of Prague, where a mob of Hussite sympathizers followed the preacher Jan Želivsky to the Prague Townhall to demand the release of Hussite prisoners. Inside the Catholic sympathetic Townhall, one of the councillors threw a stone at the mob, apparently hitting Želivsky on the head. The outraged mob stormed the Townhall and threw the councillors out of windows onto pikes held by the crowd below; any of the councillors who survived were beaten to death. This reportedly shocked Wenceslaus IV so much that he died of a heart attack, making Sigismund his only successor. Sigismund, however, was fiercely hated by many Czechs for betraying Jan Hus and for pillaging Bohemia with his Hungarians in 1402. Therefore, the only way for Sigismund to claim his throne was through conquest. What the new king likely didn't anticipate was just how fierce that resistance would be.
