Your friend being in trouble is more of a universal constant rather than anything to be surprised about. Being dragged into her mess is likewise an everyday occurrence. However, being pursued by a bunch of angry necromancers over financial debt is something new. As it turns out, borrowing money from a bank backed by immortal necromancers can lead to a lot of problems. Unfortunately, Madeline has an uncanny ability to turn her problems into your problems. And even more unfortunately, you can't seem to say no to her. An original scenario of mine this time.
