The League of Cities

(Please give the scenario some love?💖) This one is inspired by the small chunk of a world I made for a DnD campaign. I put some factions and characters as general stuff as Story Cards. I only try to provide the "Map" and general Setting. It doesn't need to be a story in a DnD setting but it's meant to be fantasy. Starting Locations are the 5 cities of the League or an additional one in an abandoned prison island, which is the one I thought of for my campaign.
