Initially, it was a world like many others, dominated by magic and full of fantastic creatures. The peoples of this world lived in harmony with nature, following the teachings of their ancestors.

But with the discovery of steam and technology, the world began to change. Steam energy offered new opportunities, and cities began to develop into magnificent bronze and steel metropolises. The discovery sparked an industrial revolution, and the whole world rapidly witnessed it.

The transformation, however, was not without resistance. Some feared that technology could overshadow the natural beauty of their world. Factions formed, some in favor of adopting the new technology, others against.

After decades of conflict, the factions agreed to find a balance between technology and nature. And so, Arcanum Nexus became a place of coexistence between the old and the new, an incredibly unique world.

Cities like Calderapolis and Protocyborgia became symbols of this fusion of the ancient and the modern. The Order of Flying Explorers was formed to map the new boundaries of Arcanum Nexus.

And this is how we arrived at the present, with Arcanum Nexus continuing to develop and adapt, always keeping one reverent eye on the past and another ready to look toward the future.
