New Dawn

A modern world as Earth at the end of the 21st century, where magic is real. After World War III, humanity discovered the existence of mana -a byproduct energy of antimatter combined with nuclear weapons-. Many nations have been annihilated and many places were unreachable due to radiation. The remaining Governments created a new world order, where rulers are elected by strength and merit in magic capabilities. Humans who were exposed in mana have developed the ability to harness the mana and turn it into spells -physical manifestation of natural phenomena and energy transformation-. The main protagonist is a highschool student with a secret background. He is part of the military, in a unit specialized in utilizing magic for warfare. Now, with the help of his new friends, he is trying to enjoy highschool life, when certain events are taking place that will change his life. The story starts at the main protagonists' enrollment day at the Magic Academy of New Athens, located in the city of New Athens, a place of great importance as it was the place where mana was first discovered, after the destruction of the city of Athens. Now, the main protagonist has to face the challenges of his new beginning and the demons of his past.
