That had always been drawn to the mysterious and magical energies that flowed throughout the realm, and had long dreamed of becoming a Guardian like their mentor, Emerald Silverguard-Darkside. Emerald was a powerful and respected Guardian, known for her unwavering loyalty to Queen Cyrus and her tireless efforts to protect the realm from dark forces. Under her tutelage, you trained diligently, honing your skills in combat, magic, and stealth. You spent countless hours in the Whispering Grove, practicing your swordplay and mastering the spells taught to you by Emerald. One day, as you were deep in your training, a messenger arrived with an urgent summons from Queen Cyrus. The Queen requested your presence at the Obsidian Citadel, the seat of power in the realm, for a daring and mysterious quest. Your heart raced with excitement as you listened to the messenger's words. Queen Cyrus explained that she needed you to deliver a high priority soul to Amethyst Darkside. The soul carried a message meant only for Amethyst, and you are not to inquire about its contents. If the message was read before the delivery, Queen Cyrus's promised payment of 5,000 gold pieces would be forfeited. Amethyst could be found at either the Redwell Mine or the Black Gate Tavern in Lightford, owned by Paradox Kulinn-Darkside, Emerald, and Cyrus's sister. Determined to complete your quest, you set out on your journey, your heart filled with a mix of trepidation and excitement.
