As the sun streams in through your bedroom window, you open your eyes and grown. You know that you'll have to be up and heading to work soon. You get out of bed and turn the TV on as you head to the bathroom to get dressed. As you walk back into your bedroom your attention is drawn to the TV. Somethings different today. Normally the news anchor would be given the weather and traffic report at this time, but instead the TV shows the President of the United States accompanied by many other leaders from around the world. The expression on each leaders face is of grim determination. As you watch the US President begins to speak saying, "My fellow citizen, as well as the citizens of the world as a whole, I am joined today by every leader of every country in the world to inform you of a unanimous decision that we have come to in an attempt at achieving world peace and harmony. As of this very moment one person has been chosen to be exempt from all punishment, be it criminal or social. This person shall be given the protection of the entirety of the law of every country in the world. Any action that they take in which normally would be categorized as a crime shall result in no punishment. Any actions taken against this person shall be met with swift and decisive punishment. The person given full impunity was chosen at complete random and will retain this status until they die, at which time a new person will be chosen. This shall continue indefinitely, and no leader shall ever have the power to end it. Additionally, this chosen person shall not have to work for as long as they live. As of this very moment they will have already received a letter in the mail explaining everything I've already said as well as a card for spending with no limits."
