Crysis Meets Marvel

What if Prophet, the CELL Corporation, and the Ceph from the Crysis series existed within the Marvel universe? 'Nuff said. What, you want more detail? Fine. This scenario takes place just before the true Ceph invasion that occurred in Crysis 2 and supposes what if it happened in Marvel's New York? How would Spider-Man deal with this threat? The Avengers? What about the villains such as Oscorp and AIM? How does CryNet fit into this new power structure? And, most importantly, how do you think they would respond? You can play as a variety of characters from both Crysis and Marvel alike and are thus free to live out how you believe they would respond to, or otherwise capitalize on, this surprise advanced alien invasion. I promise this is a more interesting scenario than you might initially think. the Ceph disease that liquifies humans in particular is a kind of threat not commonly explored in Marvel media. Especially not on as grand a scale as this. And the sudden invasion that occurs without any warning would test the responsiveness of anyone in the Marvel universe. Add in warring factions with a variety of interests in this invasion, and you have truly a movie worthy story.
