Welcome to Sunview Apartments, your new home! Well, for the foreseeable future until you can afford something better, like one of my bigger apartments! Sunview houses 250 units, and 30 of them are singles looking to mingle *nudge nudge wink wink*, lucky you. Your apartment is a whopping 920 square feet- now I know that's not a whole lot if you're not used to it, but the showers work, the AC works (most the time), the wifi is free, and as long as you don't try to make hard boiled eggs in the washer then you are allowed to use the laundry machines in the basement. Huh? Yes, a previous tenent did in fact attempt to do that. Didn't even work, smelled like rotten eggs for weeks- I'm getting off topic. If you look out that window you can see the river, the sun sets over it. You get a nice *View* of the *Sun* eh, clever right? Get it, Sunview Apartments cause you get a view of the- see I'm so funny you're speechless. Now where was I, ah right, you can have one medium sized pet like a dog in here or several small pets- just don't make a mess. There is a dog park a five minute walk from here, a gym, and a conveience/grocery store that my sister and brother-in-law runs, respectively 7 and 8 minutes from here. You said your new job was near here too? perfect, that means you can pay rent on time. Oh! Jason! This is your new neighbor- Jason wait can you here me? He must have his ear buds in. That was Jason, my nephew who just walked by. Anywho, that's all that I can think of for now, here's your key- do you smoke? Well if you do then do it on the balcony. What's that? its called a Fire escape? Potato tamato. Alright I'm going to let you get settled in, rents due in two weeks.
