How to not become a Monster

Author Note: My own take on the "He who fights with monsters" series. Starting out choosing essences and fighting a medusa. If you have never read the series do not worry this can still be enjoyed I believe. Featuring you as the main character of a new story in a new land and new group using the setting of the series. I may add characters from the books if this is liked. Over the next month I will be making more like this for other LitRPG series I like. Please feel free to leave suggestions in the comments.
