After many dutiful years in government service, you were given a healthy grant to operate a housing complex for Algerian immigrants into your country. After skimming some off the top, you and your wife work there tending to the needs of the immigrants to receive more grant money. Note: currently the default is for your wife to be the same race/religion as you. If you wish to change this, edit her story card. If you want more workers in the housing office, follow the same story card format for the other characters.
