Station rescue

You arrive at a station looking for freelance work, only to find it's a corrupt hellhole. One of the local agents seems to agree, and asks to be taken to safety. A scenario set in the Elite Dangerous universe. The universe consists of planets and stations run by a patchwork of factions and governments, either independent or aligned with one of the superpowers (Empire, Federation, or Alliance). All offer contracts and missions for independent pilots like yourself. You can think of it as a kind of space western setting, similar to Firefly or The Mandalorian. (Don't mention westerns in memory though, or you'll get gunslingers and sheriffs and the like).
