This massive ring world, called Deus Anulus by it inhabitants, has had many old and powerful civilizations rise and fall upon its surface, leaving relics of high technology and powerful magic lost to the ages. The majority of civilizations currently residing on Deus Anulus have regressed to a medieval level, however remnants of technology still remain within many societies, some more advanced than others.
