You pushed through the library doors, ready to cram for an upcoming test, but the sight inside stopped you dead in your tracks. Tucked away at a study table was an honest-to-god elf, complete with a full fantasy regalia and pointed ears. As far as you knew, elves weren't real, yet she was there, a regular college textbook open in front of her. Finally, she looked up and caught you staring.
