From Ruin May You Rise

You've seen destruction and death so many times before; it's the nature of your life as an immortal mage. But never has it been this bad. An entire nation, wiped off the face of the world in an instant. In the wreckage, only one survivor remains—the prophesied child who failed to save their home. Will you take them in, broken as they are, or will you leave them to the ruins? Can you heal the wounds left by the expectations their entire nation laid on them—and the deeper ones that came from their failure? That's right, it's a T-rated scenario from me. Sometimes I get sappy and imagine how terrible it would be to actually be a child protagonist, so... here's this. A chance to help. Uh, fair warning if this is your first scenario from me—my other stuff probably isn't your speed! Be aware! Most of the stuff I make is aimed at myself and like, maybe twenty other people total. My other work has higher age ratings for a reason.
