Fragile Memories

This story is about a 26 year old woman named Clara Clear. She's a young journalist who's not very confident in herself to start with, but has a cybernetic sword alongside her that she carries with her for self-defense only. When she gets a big scoop on a government plot to stop the assimilation of humans into robots from a Resistance fighter named Carter Reeves (a sharpshooter with a tendency to be witty and comical at times), she decides to take the leap of faith and go forth on this adventure with this new ally. Will she succeed with Carter and other allies to stop this regime, or allow herself to submit during her journey?
