Seven Days Before the Fall
You didn’t choose this. One second there was the screech of tires and a flash of light — the next, you’re falling through open sky into a forest that shouldn’t exist. The kingdom of Virellon broke an oath older than its throne: the gods come first, always. They didn’t. Now the gods have given seven days before Virellon is torn to ruin — no prayer, no gift, no plea has been enough to stop it. Someone finds you in the wreckage of your fall, and tells you what’s coming. They don’t know why you fell from the sky. Neither do you. But something in you stirred the moment you hit the ground — something older than you, waiting. Seven days to find it. Seven days to save a kingdom that isn’t yours. Seven days before you either wake up, or don’t. Your choices shape who you become — and whether you make it home at all.
