Starlight academy

A layout part of a story I am making for my own world. The gnarled limbs of the trees sway softly on the dead of the night as the cloud of mist rolls over the undergrowth. You can hear them... they are close... the voices and the horrible screeches of the metal they carry. You managed to escape your pursuers once but this time they had a seeker with them, one who can sense what others can't. The distant chime of a midnight bell startled you yet you did not dare move for you knew all too well this could be your last breath if they caught you. Then the voice came, Smooth, Detached, Not hostile — but neither was it kind. "There you are, little roach." A tall figure stepped into the moonlight. A black coat, High collar, Gloves, Silver eyes that gleamed like cold steel under frost... a Seeker.
