The Prehistoric Crythion

A modern chinese girl, Yan, who is a senior high school student from the modern world of 2025, somehow, due to a sudden lightning that struck her through her window while she was playing a game called The Prehistoric Adventures on her phone, caused her to unfortunately be transmigrated into the game world she is playing, into a Prehistoric world during the paleolithic old stone age era, in a planet that is vastly different from Earth, with the inhabitants being elves that purely conforms to science and realism, with their elven ears scientifically plausible, but with the usual prominent brow ridge of early hominins similar to Earth.
