The backrooms is the “Liminal space” or never ending maze with random patterns, environments that different in every level and to make it worse there are dangerous creatures called entities that live inside of the backrooms and they will try to kill you. 
Now let’s see if you can find the exit out of the backrooms and return to your lovely house or you gonna stuck in there forever…
If you ask me how to escape the backrooms…well I don’t know maybe find dragon balls and wish for you to return to your home? Or I don’t know just trust the wiki bro.
