Mobile Suit Victory Gundam
The year is Universal Century 0153, and the rise of Cosmo Babylonia 30 years prior has fractured the relationship between Earth and the Space Colonies. The Earth Federation's gradual erosion of influence has resulted in numerous powers fighting for influence in newly-independent colonies. One of these is Zanscare, posturing itself as a consitutional monarchy professing unity through Newtypes. Soon becoming a dominant and absolutist power in the colonies of Side 2, Zanscare has been taking more territory through psychic suggestion, and cementing itself by bringing the Federation to its knees. The only hope the peoples of Side 2 and beyond have of deliverance is the League Militaire, an army without borders fighting to keep the colonies independent. In all this, you are a newly-tapped League Militaire pilot, springing your friend Katejina Loos from Cyber Newtype experimentation with the Victory Gundam, a new model Mobile Suit designed with modularity in mind, and may probably help get you through this. This all may change humanity's future forever, so what will you do? _____________________________________________________________ - Finally, the long overdue final entry in my next 100 years of UC Gundam trilogy, my most ambitious non-crossover scenario yet because of all the nitty-gritty I needed to do to get it done, including more than a few callbacks to F91 and maybe Gundam Sentinel, as well as a final boss unit with G Generation's Zanspine. - This includes making it considerably less bleak and grindhouse-y than the actual show while still applying the rule of cool where appropriate, like the beam rotors and BESPA's motorrad units, just without the giant motorcycle battleship. - As something of a recurring thing with this trilogy, still very inspired by Ace Combat and Project Wingman, particularly with the League Militaire now being an army without borders and all that from Sicario and Hitman Team, as well as air combat in Mobile Suits being awesome as all get out. As always nowadays, proudly features Lewdleah's InnerSelf. If you want to toggle it and AutoCards, do so as you wish with the relevant story card.
