The Story: An unremarkable salaryman in their late thirties is plagued by the perpetual regret of a life half-lived, particularly the missed chances and timid choices of high school. One night, a bizarre, luminous temporal clock materializes, dragging the weary soul backward through time. They awaken with a jolt, not only back in their old familiar town and school uniform, but transformed into a girl! The re-do they longed for has come with an incredible, bewildering twist. Now navigating their past life as a girl, the protagonist must grapple with the profound challenge of a suddenly shifted identity. Every interaction—from reconnecting with old friends (who now see a girl where a boy once stood) to confronting past regrets—forces a new perspective on their former self. The second chance at life is a complex journey of self-discovery, where the line between who they were, who they are, and who they are expected to be blurs completely. Can they learn to inhabit and thrive in this unexpected new form, or will the struggle to reconcile their inner male self with their outer female existence lead to a new set of regrets?
