28 Days Later (Survival Horror RPG)
Twenty-eight days after the first screams, the United States is breaking apart. The outbreak did not raise the dead. It left the infected alive: sprinting, screaming, bleeding, starving, and attacking anything that moves. The infection spreads through blood, saliva, bites, open wounds, and panic. Hospitals collapsed. Highways jammed. Airports shut down. Military checkpoints failed. Cities went dark. Small towns turned on themselves. Some places fell overnight. Some are still pretending they have control. Some are worse than dead. Choose where your nightmare begins. Survive through stealth, speed, scavenging, combat, infection risk, trust, sacrifice, and morally brutal choices. This scenario uses a d20 survival-roll system. When you attempt something dangerous, uncertain, or risky, you can ask the AI to roll. Examples: “Roll Sense to sneak past the infected.” “Roll Body to climb across the gap.” “Roll Skill to hotwire the car.” “Roll Nerve to stay calm.” “Roll Humanity to convince the survivor to trust me.” Stats: Body = fighting, climbing, sprinting, strength, endurance. Nerve = fear, panic, pain, courage, pressure. Sense = stealth, awareness, hearing, tracking. Skill = tools, medicine, vehicles, locks, radios, repairs. Humanity = empathy, persuasion, mercy, leadership, trust. Survival pressure matters. Noise, Fatigue, Infection Risk, Supplies, and Trust can rise or fall based on your choices. You can play by choosing the listed options, typing your own custom action, or asking the AI to roll for risky actions. Survival is not guaranteed. Noise attracts infected. Mercy can save lives or get you killed. Guns are loud. Supplies are scarce. Trust is fragile. Every choice can echo later.
