You work for a dragon, protecting its den because it's tired of random people stealing from it and attacking it. The dragons name is volcanus, not very original, but I'm not very good at names. I'd honestly advise you read the plot essentials for the specific details of the arrangement and relationship with volcanus. I'm not a great writer and didn't know how to include them in the opening organically, without limiting the player's choice on what background they might have.
