Underwater kingdom

Free AID player friendly - low context scenario. From a simple organism evolved into a Dulmai, with evolution turned into underwater race of human-like creatures - this is your reality. Cities built underwater, modern technology, capability of breathing both on land and under water. The world is twisted- upside down. All the main structures, cities, villages, all the life is in the water, and exiles or bandits - that are only things you can find on land. There is whole civilisation out there, clans, some sort of hierarchy, but one nation stands out - nation of Dulmai. Dulmai are only humans who evolved fins, growing out of their backs, they are so quick and so rare under water, that they selectively breed with only possibility to keep this gen pure. You were born as Dulmai. But your nation is so corrupt, they want to use your gen for their advantage, use you in ways you don't necessarily like, and use your children to strengthen the nation. Hello dears! This is entirely original scenario I thought for a bit to make. Like, why people don't include underwater scenarios? That must be so cool to play it :) I will at least grind it out and check out if this is fine <3 Hope you'll enjoy it. I will make 100 followers special I promise! But... later?
